Refund Policy
1. Moscow Affiliate Conference Autumn edition (hereinafter referred to as the – “Conference”) will take place on September 28th 2017. Conference registration deadline is September 27th 2017. If you are not able to attend the Conference, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee, request for a refund of paid amount for a ticket or leave the amount, paid as a payment for a ticket, as a payment for a ticket to the same event that will take place within the 13 calendar months, following the originally booked Conference (deposit payment).
2. Requests to refund the payment amount, ticket transfer or deposit payment shall be made via email 2017@affiliateconf.com to the Conference Organizers.
Refund of payment amount will:
- not be processed if the ticket was purchased less than 15 calendar days before the Conference;
- be processed in amount of 50% of the paid amount if the ticket was purchased less than 30 calendar days before the Conference;
- be processed in amount of 100% of the paid amount if the ticket was purchased more than 30 calendar days before the Conference.
4. The request for a deposit shall be sent in the order, set in the paragraph 2 of this Refund Policy, no later than 30 calendar days before the Conference will take place.
5. The Organizer is not responsible for the proper fulfillment of this Refund Policy in case of the force majeure circumstances.
